Prime Recovery LLC respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our website, payment portal, account-access tools, or related online services.
Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly, information we receive from creditors, debt buyers, clients, service providers, and payment processors, and information generated when you use the portal.
This may include your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, reference number, account number, original creditor, account balance, payment history, settlement or payment-plan information, account status, identity-verification information such as the last four digits of your Social Security number, portal login records, device/browser information, IP address, approximate location information, and communication preferences.
Payment Information
Payment card, CVV, bank account, routing, and ACH information is entered only through our authorized payment processor, USAePay/North American Holdings LLC. Prime Recovery's portal does not store your complete card number, CVV, bank account number, routing number, or ACH account information.
Prime Recovery may receive payment-related information from the payment processor, such as transaction status, approval or decline results, authorization or reference numbers, saved-payment tokens or customer identifiers, payment dates, amounts, and limited account/payment details needed to record or schedule payments.
How We Use Information
We use information to verify account access, display account and payment options, process or schedule payments through our payment processor, maintain account records, send payment or account communications, respond to questions, prevent fraud or unauthorized access, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, audit portal activity, and improve the portal experience.
Communications
We may communicate with you by mail, phone, email, text message, or through the portal as permitted by law and based on the contact information and consents available for your account. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of certain electronic communications by following instructions in the message or by contacting Prime Recovery.

How We Share Information
We may share information with payment processors, hosting providers, technology vendors, email or messaging providers, clients, creditors, debt buyers, compliance and audit providers, legal or professional advisors, and other service providers that help us operate the portal and service accounts. We may also disclose information when required or permitted by law, legal process, regulation, contract, audit, fraud prevention, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to service accounts, operate the portal, document payments and communications, comply with legal, regulatory, contractual, accounting, and audit requirements, resolve disputes, and protect against fraud or misuse.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No website, portal, email, text, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Do not send full card numbers, CVV, bank account numbers, routing numbers, or ACH information by email, text, or contact forms.
Your Choices
You may contact Prime Recovery to update contact information, ask questions about your account, request help with portal access, or manage certain communication preferences. Some records may need to be retained for legal, regulatory, audit, or business reasons even if you request that communications stop or information be changed.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or information about certain personal information. Any request is subject to identity verification and applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, collection, accounting, audit, fraud-prevention, and record-retention exceptions. Prime Recovery may retain or use information where required or permitted by law.
Children's Privacy
The portal is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through the portal.
